The ref 6000G to me is one of the most beautiful example among Patek’s range of Calatrava models, flaunting a vibrant grey sunburst dial. The way the dial surface catches and reflects light is simply mesmerising. The use of white Arabic numeral on a darker background, the splash of red from the moon-tipped hand, and the concentric layout all come together in a sporty style.

In my opinion, the sun burst dial model is much nicer than the flat matt black dial variant. The sunburst dial is impressive enough under normal lighting condition, and it just pops when come into contact with brighter lights!

At 37mm diameter and 47mm lug-to-lug, the 6000R is extremely wearable and at the same time boast a good amount of wrist presence. It is most suited for most asian wrist size.
